Bretonstone system technology involves a specific vibro-compaction vacuum process. Slabs are made by mixing silica sand or pure quartz with structural polyester resin and UV-stabilised coloured pigments. Although quartz is one of the most resistant minerals found in nature, it is extremely ductile and versatile. It not only has mechanical and electrical insulation properties but also excellent resistance to thermal shock: a set of special features that make it unique and highly efficient.
